CADA Originally founded to support in building human capital, CADA shares the view that education is the key for sustainable social and economic development, and that all children should have an opportunity to learn, achieve, and reach their full potential, regardless of their economic conditions. CADA because of the generous support of donors, was able to provide scholarships to 200 students in Zahle in 2012. Our Objectives
Who are these students? Children are from poor families in the area of Zahle and neighbors, living in very difficult physical conditions, selected by the Commission after a thorough study and a field visit to the house and a consultation with the school administration. How to be a guarantor? The financial offers will be presented to a group of students, not a one to one strategy to avoid all the negative results of the individual sponsorship. The student concerned by the Assembly gets to take care of school, and complies he and his family with the association’s conditions. Ways of working The association provides scholarships for needy students according to precise criteria. In contrast student undertakes in writing to "do his utmost to be successful" in his school and that he will strengthen his affiliation with the church to engage in apostolic movements and activities of the church also to be active in the community and its environment. It undertakes parents as well to attend the educational and spiritual meetings done by the association. |
